Sale Motors Group is seeking an experienced Parts Manager for oversee the Parts Department here at our dealership. Your responsibility will be to oversee the inventory, ordering, pricing and sales of automotive parts and accessories, managing both staff and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing:

Lead and manage daily operations across parts sales, inventory control and warehousing

Coach, mentor and develop a team of Parts Interpreters and warehouse personnel

Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships

Collaborate with Service and Sales teams to drive customer outcomes

Drive profitability, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives

Maintain compliance and uphold a strong safety-first approach

Proven leadership experience in a dealership or aftermarket parts environment

Strong understanding of stock management systems and cost controls
