We’re on the lookout for a Learning Management System Specialist who’s passionate about growth, engagement, and capability building.

The LMS Specialist works within the Organisational Culture and Development Team providing a range of learning and development support. The role requires a flexible and proactive self-starter who is comfortable working across a variety of tasks in a dynamic team environment and can apply critical thinking to resolve problems and improve processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

Administration and maintenance of content on the LMS.

Optimising system performance to enhance the end user experience and promote a learning culture

Maintaining awareness of new system releases and identifying relevant functionality and interaction with existing workflows

Customising the LMS to meet organisational needs, by evaluating and implementing fit-for-purpose solutions

Managing and maintaining learning groups, ensuring accurate assignment of training modules and maintaining learning content on the LMS

Converting course content into dynamic e-learning modules using authoring tools

Responding to service requests and technical issues, ensuring timely resolution

Generating reports to support compliance, career development, and learning outcomes and drive insights for planning

What You’ll Bring

Well-developed organisational skills with a keen eye for detail

Strong background in reporting frameworks, data analytics, and quality assurance

Advanced knowledge of LMS architecture and scalable, user-centric design

Experience using Cornerstone would be highly regarded

Proven experience in LMS administration and front-end design, with a focus on optimisation and innovation

Experience in HR or Organisational Development, using LMS tools to support capability and culture initiatives

Diploma of Training and Assessment or a Cert IV in training and assessment desired

A tertiary qualification in Training and Assessment, Human Resources Management, Organisational Psychology, or a related discipline is preferred.
