🚀 About the role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in growing our client's presence across the WA region. Your main focus will be cultivating and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, driving client acquisition, implementing strategic business objectives, and achieving targets through effective planning and execution.

• Salary: $90 - 105k plus super, $18k car allowance + Fuel Card + E Toll + Bonus

🎯 About you:

• Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Industry experience in HVAC or a related field is a must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with engineering software is advantageous.
• HVAC trade qualifications are beneficial but not essential.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, regularly meeting and reporting on outcomes.
• Identify potential business risks and implement proactive solutions to protect and grow the business.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, provide market feedback, and maintain strong knowledge of competitor products.
• Deliver training and support to distribution partners to drive sales performance and product understanding.
