Job Title: Parts Manager
Location: Bibra Lake
We are seeking a Parts Manager to join our team at Bibra Lake, with regular work at our Brookton site two days per week (Wednesday and Thursday). This role will suit someone organised and proactive who enjoys variety in their work. One night away from home is required each week, with accommodation and meals provided.
Key Responsibilities
Parts Management
Source, order, and manage parts required for manufacturing agricultural sprayers.
Maintain accurate stock records across both Bibra Lake and Brookton sites.
Monitor inventory levels, ensuring adequate supply to meet production schedules.
Coordinate deliveries and arrange freight between suppliers, Bibra Lake, and Brookton.
Manage warranty replacement parts and ensure timely processing with suppliers.
Workshop Support
Work closely with workshop supervisors to prepare parts kits for fabrication and assembly jobs.
Organise parts allocation for current builds and upcoming projects.
Ensure critical components are available to avoid delays in production.
Label and store parts in an organised, accessible system.
Logistics & Coordination
Receive deliveries, check against purchase orders, and manage delivery dockets.
Arrange transport of parts between sites, including urgent deliveries.
Liaise with freight companies and track consignments.
Prepare and issue freight invoices for Accounts.
Administration
Enter purchase and freight details into Xero for tracking.
Process supplier invoices and forward to Accounts for payment.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date parts database.
Provide regular updates to management on stock status and any issues.
Travel Requirement
Be based at Bibra Lake Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.
Travel to Brookton Wednesday and Thursday each week.
Overnight stay required once per week (accommodation and meals provided).
Skills & Attributes
Previous experience in parts coordination, warehousing, or supply chain preferred.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work across multiple sites and manage competing priorities.
Computer literacy (experience with stock systems or Xero advantageous).
Forklift licence desirable but not essential.
Team player with a hands-on attitude.
