As we continue to grow, we're seeking a passionate and dynamic Operations Officer - ECEC to join our team and lead with purpose.
About the Role
Starting in October 2025 as our Operations Officer – ECEC, you'll be at the forefront of driving quality and excellence across our early learning services. Collaborating closely with Centre Directors and our Pedagogy and Practice team, you'll:
● Provide strategic leadership and operational support to ensure high-quality, child-safe, and inclusive education across multiple early learning centres.
● Mentor and develop Centre Directors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
● Oversee compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
● Drive operational efficiency, including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation.
● Lead the implementation of Self Assessment Tools and support services through Assessment and Rating processes.
● Engage with families and communities to strengthen partnerships and promote inclusive practices. About You
You're a natural leader with a heart for early childhood education. Your qualifications and experience include:
● A university qualification in Early Childhood Education and NESA Teacher Accreditation.
● Proven leadership experience in early childhood settings, with a deep understanding of contemporary pedagogies and curriculum planning.
● Strong ability to facilitate change through reflective practice and a strengths-based approach.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships with families, staff, and stakeholders.
● A valid NSW Working with Children Check and current driver's license.
