About the Role

This role is ideal for someone with a strong sense of organisation, a positive/open mindset, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Reporting directly to the team Manager, your role is key to keeping projects on track, teams informed, and clients happy. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Keeping internal systems and project databases up to date with relevant documentation

Coordinating and scheduling trades, subcontractors, and services to support seamless project delivery

Monitoring multiple calendars and schedules to ensure smooth project flow and minimal delays

Providing excellent customer service and acting as a reliable point of contact

Communicating with clients, suppliers, and trade partners via phone and email

Managing and maintaining project budgets through accurate reporting

What you’ll bring to the Role

We’re looking for someone who has:

Experience managing and coordinating multiple calendars or schedules

A team-focused mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a small, supportive environment

Solid computer literacy with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills

An organised approach and the ability to self-manage

Willingness and ability to learn new systems quickly

Previous experience or exposure to the building or construction industry (highly regarded)

Professional communication skills across phone, email, and in person

A customer-first attitude with a drive to exceed expectations

Familiarity with AroFlo or similar job management software (preferred but not essential)
