About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Project Supervisor to join our team.

Key Duties will include:

• Onsite supervision & coordination of blind and curtain installations
  
• Measuring and ordering for window treatments
  
• Conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance, quality, and safety
  
• Coordinating with trades onsite to ensure timely installation
  
• Leading and mentoring installers, subcontractors, and onsite teams
  
• Acting as the point of contact for onsite problem solving and issue resolution
  
• Office-based coordination with project coordinators, architects, suppliers, and clients
  
• Facilitating regular meetings to align project objectives
  
• Ensuring all installations meet design specifications, safety standards, and client expectations
  

Requirements

We are seeking a candidate who:

Essential

• Has proven experience in construction site supervision or project coordination
  
• Possesses strong knowledge of construction practices, safety standards, and quality control
  
• Can read and interpret technical drawings and plans
  
• Has excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  
• Is proficient in construction management software (e.g., ACONEX, PROCORE, HAMMERTECH) and MS Office
  

Desirable

• Previous experience in the window furnishings industry or a hands-on background in installation and/or carpentry
  
• Relevant qualifications in Safety Management and/or Construction Supervision
