Key Responsibilities:

Accurate and efficient data entry of customer orders

Delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced commercial environment

Processing orders and generating invoices via our internal system

Managing documentation including invoice matching and sales orders

Organising and coordinating couriers and freight logistics

Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email

Navigating and updating internal database systems

Monitoring and managing customer back orders

Supporting the team with general administrative tasks as required

Assisting with social media engagement and communications
