About the role - Business Analyst

Lead the business analysis activities in an agile delivery team in discovery, design and delivery.

Duties - Business Analyst

• Analyse stakeholder objectives and the underlying issues arising from investigations into business needs problems and opportunities.
• Understand and document use-cases, requirements documentation and specifications, business process maps and operating models
• Develop Business Case and Business Analysis Plans

Skills / Experience - Java Developer

• Experience in planning, running, and documenting user interviews to elicit both high level and detailed business needs
• Demonstrated ability to translate business and user needs, using various methods and drawing out technical outcomes in line with user outcomes
• Holds a relevant qualification in business analytics or information technology
