What we need from you:

• Federal Government Experience
• Baseline Clearance Mandatory - NV1 or higher preferred
• Proven Business Analyst or SAP Functional experience across large, complex environments.

We are seeking experienced Business Analysts and SAP Functional Specialists to support the delivery and transformation of large-scale enterprise programs. These roles will work across ERP transition projects, system enhancements, and process optimisation initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes for both business stakeholders and technical teams.

Opportunities include:

• Lead Business Analyst / Functional Designer - Drive ERP design and readiness, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement.
• SAP Functional Consultants - Apply expertise across multiple SAP modules (S/4HANA and/or ECC) including Plant Maintenance, Project Systems, Real Estate, Supplier Relationship Management, FICO, Master Data, API/Integration, and Reporting.
• Business Process Analysts - Document, map and optimise business processes using tools such as Holocentric and ARIS.
• Business Engagement Specialists - Lead communication, change management and stakeholder readiness for ERP transition phases.
• Technical SAP Leads & Functional Designers - Provide technical and functional expertise across SAP modules and integrations with other systems.
• Specialist BAs - Support Environmental, Safety, Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), and GEO/GIS solutions.
• Technical Writers / Business Analysts - Develop high-quality process and system design documentation.

What you'll bring:

• Strong ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions.
• Experience in ERP, system design, and/or business process optimisation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in SAP modules and/or business process mapping tools (Holocentric, ARIS) highly regarded.
