The Opportunity

Join the AEC’s Indigo Program to lead ServiceNow technical development across key electoral systems transformation projects. You'll bridge business needs with technical delivery, working within an agile team environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Lead ServiceNow development, including planning, coding, and solution delivery

Engage stakeholders to design, develop, and implement technical solutions

Perform hands-on configuration using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and UI Builder

Oversee integration and enhancement of ServiceNow applications

Manage resolution of issues, ensure platform stability, and contribute to continuous improvement

Support Agile delivery of key milestones across complex project streams

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Lead, owning solution design and delivery

Strong technical skills across Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal, and JavaScript

Demonstrated experience working across the SDLC within Agile frameworks

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Experience using Azure DevOps or ServiceNow Agile module for backlog management

Australian Citizenship and a current NV1 clearance are required for this role.
