As a Business Analyst, you'll work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and program managers to define business needs, improve processes, and contribute to the success of large-scale digital product delivery. Responsibilities

• Investigate and analyse complex business problems and opportunities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and identify process improvements
• Apply predictive or adaptive analysis techniques based on project context
• Document and review specifications, recommendations, and acceptance criteria

Desired Skills and Experience

• 3+ years' experience in Business Analysis
• Strong root cause analysis and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and contribute to high-quality product delivery
