Administration Officer/Receptionist

Our team provides support to NDIS participants 24/7. Services provided include, nursing care, personal care, in-home support, community participation and domestic assistance. We support clients with complex health and disability needs within their own home where possible.

The Opportunity

We are looking for the right person to take on the role of Administration Officer/Receptionist in our Bowen Hills office. In this role with Charter Care Service, you will work with an innovative people focused team to reliability provide premium support to participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme as they live their lives at home and in the community.

Role Requirements:

Successful Candidates with need to possess:

At least 2 years administration experience.

Excellent Customer Service and communication skills and the demonstrated ability to respond to people with empathy, sensitivity and understanding.

Intermediate Microsoft Office and client management systems skills.

Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a proven ability to trouble-shoot and effectively meet deadlines

Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.

Previous experience with Visual Care and Xero desired but not essential.

Demonstrated previous bookkeeping or finance experience.

Demonstrated skills and experience in the NDIS sector desired but not essential.

Current unrestricted Australian drivers’ licence.

Key responsibilities of the role:

Rostering - develop rosters to achieve efficiency and maximise the use of resources.

Invoicing - checking and producing invoices.

Data collection, recording and reporting – Accurately and efficiently maintain client information in the client management system; maintain accurate case notes.

Document Control - Maintain the integrity of the Document Management System.

Customer Services – Positively engage with clients; answer telephone inquiries; manage customer concerns and complaints.

Teamwork – support the team and organisational goals.
