About Us
We’re a busy, family owned and well-established motorcycle riding school delivering accredited Q-Ride rider training in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Our team is passionate about motorcycle safety and helping new riders achieve their goals. We are currently seeking a professional and highly organised Receptionist who could potentially become an Office Manager to join our team in a full-time position, based at our office located beside Centre Management in Brookside Shopping Centre, Mitchelton.
The Role
This is a key position within our school. As the first point of contact for students you’ll manage both front-of-house reception and back-office administration. You’ll ensure the smooth scheduling of courses, accurate compliance reporting, and a high standard of customer service.
We offer flexible full-time hours – Monday to Friday depending on your availability and our scheduling needs.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Reception
Greet and assist all students in a friendly, professional manner
Manage incoming phone calls, emails and online booking inquiries
Book and manage Q-Ride course appointments using booking software
Provide accurate information on licensing requirements and course structure
Office & Administrative Management
Coordinate daily schedules for instructors and students
Maintain accurate student records and Q-Ride documentation
Process payments and manage invoicing
Order supplies and maintain an organised and welcoming office environment
Liaise with government and regulatory bodies as required
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure all training and licensing documentation is accurately recorded and submitted in line with Q-Ride and Queensland Transport standards
Assist in preparing compliance reports and supporting audits
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a reception, office administration, or customer service role (experience in a training or RTO environment is an advantage but not essential)
High-level organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based booking systems
Knowledge of Q-Ride processes or the motorcycle training industry is desirable but not essential
Ability to work independently and show initiative
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
