The Opportunity
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Operations team. This role is critical in ensuring surgical loan kits are dispatched, tracked, and returned accurately and on time. Working closely with the warehouse, customer service, and sales teams, you will play a key role in packing and checking sets, coordinating couriers, and maintaining accurate records so that customer needs are met with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and dispatch loan sets for surgery. This includes packing, labelling, and booking couriers to dispatch the kit and liaising with Sales Team to determine surgical requirements.
Receiving and checking in returned loan sets from hospitals, including accurately picking and packing loan sets
Ensure loan sets are scanned and entered into the system for trace-ability
Instrumentation inspection and handling
Replenishing/tracking inventory in ERP system, and participating in stock count activities
Maintain collaborative approach and communicate efficiently with internal & external stakeholders
Assisting in other areas of the warehouse when required
Organise and maintain Medacta Australia stockroom in an organised manner that supports timely and efficient inventory movements.
Available to do overtime and weekends during busy period including on-call
About You
Education and technical skills
Warehousing or Loan Kit Experience within the medical device industry
Picking & Packing experience
Ability to lift and carry heavy items
Personal skills
Process-driven, ability to problem solve, with high attention to detail
Good communication skills and collaboration
Able to work in a fast-paced and pressured environment
Strong work ethic, reliable and punctual
