We are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join our client’s busy food processing facility in O’Connor. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be supporting both the operations and office teams with a variety of administrative and support tasks.
About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for:
Stock control and record keeping
Reception coverage and general office support
Data entry and maintaining spreadsheets (Excel)
Assisting with scheduling, filing, and document management
Answering phones and handling enquiries with a professional manner
Supporting the operations team with day-to-day admin requirements
About You:
To be successful, you will have:
Full Australian working rights
Previous administration experience (ideally within a fast-paced environment)
Strong computer skills, particularly Excel
Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner
A proactive, can-do attitude with strong attention to detail
Additional Requirements:
As this role is based in a food processing environment, you must be comfortable working at a production pace and be willing to wear high visibility clothing and steel-capped boots.
