The Role:

Our client is a Steel manufacturing company, supplying welded mesh, rebars and reinforcements. They are seeking a switched-on and dynamic Admin Assistant with exceptional organisational skills to support a busy workflow. This position is Monday to Friday, 8am or 8:30am start, 7.6 hour days.

Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

Answering phone calls

Understanding customer requirements - products, orders, queries

Matching purchase orders with invoicing

Putting together revenue data charts and reports on Excel

Data entry, filing, end of month

Scheduling coordination

Managing email inquiries

Other admin duties as requested

Essential Criteria:

Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage a varied workload and meet competing deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability

Capability to work effectively within a busy, fast-paced team environment

Willingness to assist with various tasks as required
