MEGT is offering a Business Traineeship with Swinburne University of Technology, where you'll join the Enrolment Operations team as an Enrolment Administrator. This is a chance to gain a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business while working at one of Australia's leading universities.

The role is primarily based at Swinburne's Hawthorn campus, with the flexibility to work remotely as part of a hybrid arrangement. About the Host Employer:
Swinburne University is a leader in innovation and education, committed to supporting student success. As a Business Trainee, you'll join the Enrolment Services team, helping students get started with their studies and keeping their records accurate and up to date.
As a Business Trainee, you will:
- Accurately process enrolments, re-enrolments, amendments, course withdrawals, credit transfers, and fee calculations using university systems.
- Respond to student and staff enquiries regarding enrolments and provide timely, high-quality support.
- Assist with key enrolment periods, including enrolment planning and onboarding sessions (both online and on campus).
- Maintain accurate student records and scan documentation into student management systems.
- Support the improvement of enrolment-related processes and contribute to team-wide service excellence.
What we're looking for:
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
- Confident using computers, with a willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Working with Children Check and a National Police Check
- A suitable working-from-home setup, including but not limited to a monitor, desk, chair, and a dedicated space to work productively
