About the Role

Lead the customer service team to achieve all customer requirements. Ensuring the team members are the first point of contact for Heritage Brands Customers and online. By ensuring the team members respond to all customer contacts (across multiple channels) and provide a timely resolution to all enquires to ensure all customers have a seamless and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead your Customer Service Team towards achieving team based and individual KPI's

Provide weekly and monthly reporting administration data and identify areas for efficiency improvement

Follows customer orders through the business to ensure on time delivery, communicates the progress of customer orders to internal and external stakeholders,

Manage and resolve customer escalations and complex enquiries in a timely and professional manner

Serves as the lead point of contact for customer account and product queries,

What are we looking for?

3 years plus customer service leadership experience,

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers and stakeholders at all levels

Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with the flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
