The Flick team in Melbourne have an exciting opportunity for an experience Scheduling Team leader to join the team. Managing a team of appox 12 technicians - this is responsible for delivering operational KPI's by providing effecient workloads and driving perfomance standards across the team.

Key responsibilities

Oversee a team of Hygiene techncians, ensuring effecient scheduling of all works

Driving high performance and standards from your technician team

Managing team dynamics to provide a cohesive, results driven culture

Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way.

Provide support to the branch manager, office and field team.

Actively help recruit and drive engagement of staff.

Be a key member of the service team for hygiene whilst supporting supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors.

Position requirements

Previous scheduling experience a must.

Proven experience in helping build a team and business.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

An ability to effectively manage changes in competing priorities.

Strong organisational and time-management skills as well as be able to prioritise tasks in a way that bolsters operational efficiency.

A sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple demands at once (emails/texts/phone calls/meetings/tasks).

Computer literacy and sound knowledge of MS Office package.
