About the role:
Reporting to the Directors of the company, you will manage and oversee the Operations and Construction delivery teams within the business as well as:

• Manage the day to day operations
• Drive and inspire staff to deliver business outcomes
• Problem solve, manage technical construction issues
• Financial management, manage P&L
• New business developments

The Successful candidate:

• Demonstrated experience in senior construction or operations roles within the Insurance Building Sector.
• Thorough technical construction knowledge
• Strong industry networks & ability to win new business
• Solid financial literacy
