Sheel Capital is seeking an experienced Client Service Manager to join our South Melbourne brokerage. We specialise in residential and commercial lending, allowing you to deepen your expertise, gain exposure to a diverse range of deals, and support a high-performing broker.

What You’ll Be Doing
Managing the loan process end-to-end across residential transactions
Providing clients with outstanding service and proactive communication
Liaising with lenders, aggregators, and referral partners to progress applications
Preparing, reviewing, and lodging applications with accuracy and compliance focus
Supporting the broker in ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional client outcomes
What We’re Looking For
3+ years’ experience in client services or loan processing within a brokerage
Strong understanding of residential lending; commercial exposure is highly regarded
Highly organised with excellent communication and client care skills
Experience with Loan Market’s MyCRM system is advantageous
