Working alongside experienced advisers, you’ll provide critical support across client administration, documentation, and compliance, ensuring clients receive seamless service every step of the way.

What do you need?

• Previous experience in client services, administration, or operations (financial services preferred)
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Clear and professional communication skills
• A proactive and collaborative approach

What do you do?

• Preparing and processing client documentation, applications, and investment instructions
• Maintaining accurate client records and databases
• Assisting with client reporting, portfolio maintenance, and compliance requirements
• Coordinating with product providers, internal teams, and external stakeholders
• Providing ongoing administrative support to advisers and the wider team
