Senior Client Service Manager

A highly regarded financial planning practice, specialising in supporting ultra high net worth (UHNW) individuals and nonprofit organisations, is seeking a dedicated Senior Client Service Manager. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a professional and collaborative team in a prestigious Melbourne CBD office, with the flexibility to work from home on Mondays.

Your role will be critical in supporting Advisers to deliver compliant advice and exceptional service that aligns with the practice’s focus on growing and safeguarding significant wealth for UHNW clients.

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting Advisers with client management, including account openings and proactive client engagement

Maintaining and updating client records to compliance standards, preparing files for review

Accurately recording meeting notes and managing follow-up action items

Managing incoming calls and client queries with professionalism and efficiency

Coordinating meetings and liaising with external parties such as accountants and lawyers

Maintaining regulatory documentation including Investor Certificates, Fee Disclosure Statements and Renewal Notices

Processing funds transfers, investment applications and redemptions across various platforms

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Proven experience within a financial planning environment, ideally supporting UHNW clients

Strong communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships

Proficiency with financial platforms and portfolio management systems

An organised and proactive approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
