About the Role
Bundy Financial is on the lookout for an experienced Client Service Manager with a solid credit background and end-to-end loan processing experience.
This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who has previously worked in a mortgage brokerage and can confidently manage the full lending process; from credit proposal and serviceability assessments to lodgement via AOL, right through to settlement.
You’ll be an essential part of a high-performing, close-knit team where your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
Client Appointment Coordination & Follow-Up: Schedule and confirm client appointments, conduct discovery calls, manage broker diaries, and follow up on required documentation before and after meetings.
Broker & Deal Support: Assist with pricing and valuations, prepare files for handover to credit analysts, manage fixed rate tasks, oversee settlement and approval processes, and maintain accurate CRM pipeline status.
Client Care & Retention: Conduct weekly rate review calls to ensure clients are on competitive rates, arrange client review appointments, and manage client gift and referral programs.
Office & Administrative Management: Oversee office upkeep, stationery and kitchen supply ordering, manage business credit card expenses, check mail, coordinate meetings, and arrange staff celebrations for birthdays and anniversaries.
Executive Support: Manage the Director’s emails and phone calls, handle incoming business calls, maintain electronic filing systems, and ensure compliance through monthly file audits.
About You
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role at a Brokerage (loan processing, settlements, client services, credit manager)
Strong knowledge of credit policy, serviceability, and AOL lodgements
Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline
High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Proficient in MyCRM (or similar broker platforms), Microsoft Office, and G Suite
