We're currently partnering with a dynamic and growing financial services firm dedicated to providing exceptional financial planning and advice. They are seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to join their team on a 4-8 week contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact and support a high-performing team.
The Role
This is a critical role to help a firm that is currently busy with a large, time-sensitive project. As a Client Services Manager, you will be an integral part of the team, providing essential support to financial advisors and ensuring the seamless delivery of services. Your primary focus will be on a large project involving Ongoing Fee Arrangements (OFA) and fee consents, in addition to the regular client service workload. You will be instrumental in helping the firm manage their busy schedule and maintain their high standards of client care.
Key Responsibilities
Project Support: Work on a large-scale project to process and manage OFA and fee consent documentation.
Client Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a professional and timely response.
Administration: Manage and maintain client files, ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant.
Operational Support: Assist financial advisors with administrative tasks, including preparing client reports and managing workflow.
Platform Management: Utilize various financial platforms to execute tasks and gather client information.
Skills and Experience
Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar Client Services or Client Relations role within the financial services or wealth management sector.
Technical Proficiency:
Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with XPLAN is essential.
Experience with at least two of the following platforms is highly regarded: Hub24, Macquarie, Netwealth, Mason Stevens, or Panorama.
Project-Based Skills: Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a project-oriented environment.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
