The Role
As a Client Services Manager, you will be an integral part of the advice process, providing end-to-end support to both advisers and clients. This is not your average back-office role, you’ll be working closely with HNW and UHNW clients, helping to deliver a seamless and personalised experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing client relationships and being a trusted point of contact
Preparing documentation, onboarding new clients, and maintaining compliance requirements
Assisting advisers with implementation of tailored advice strategies
Coordinating with paraplanners, advisers, and external providers to ensure smooth workflow
Supporting the ongoing client review process and delivering exceptional service standards
About You
You’ll bring a client-first mindset and strong organisational skills, along with experience in financial planning client services. This role suits someone who thrives in a professional, collaborative environment and enjoys building genuine client relationships.
To be successful, you will need:
2+ years’ experience in a Client Services or Client Support role within financial planning
Strong understanding of financial planning processes, compliance, and advice implementation
Experience working with HNW or UHNW clients (highly regarded)
Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
A proactive and team-focused attitude
