Location: Eagle Farm, QLD
Salary: $100,000 + Super
Work Type: Full-Time | 5 Days On-Site
Our client, a globally recognised organisation, and is seeking a highly experienced and agile Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to a team of five HR Business Partners within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Eagle Farm, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior HR leaders and play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the team.
About the RoleThis position is ideal for a career Executive Assistant or Administrator who thrives in a support-focused role and is not seeking a transition into HR. You will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, preparing contracts and offers, and overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes. Your ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and maintain confidentiality will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to five HR Business Partners
- Manage complex and dynamic calendars, including scheduling meetings and coordinating availability across multiple stakeholders
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees
- Organise domestic travel and accommodation for the HR team
- Maintain HR documentation and filing systems with discretion and confidentiality
- Assist with reporting, presentations, and general team coordination
- Act as a central point of contact for internal and external queries
About YouYou will bring:
- Extensive experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative support role
- Proven ability to support multiple senior leaders or an Executive Leadership Team
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HR systems or document management platforms
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a collaborative approach
