Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing and motivating a team of 8–10 brokers, providing coaching and day-to-day leadership
• Supporting with compliance, debtor management, and smooth operational workflows
• Overseeing a portfolio of clients, ensuring outstanding service delivery and retention
• Assisting the team in delivering tailored broking strategies, renewals, and submissions
• Leading performance reviews, identifying training needs, and helping team members reach their potential
• Driving revenue and retention targets and contributing to new business opportunities

Who we’re looking for:

• A proven people leader, ideally with experience in insurance broking or professional services
• Someone who is proactive, positive, and skilled in bringing out the best in others
• A confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Someone who’s ready to bring fresh ideas and implement smart solutions
• A Tier 1 Insurance Broking Certificate is a bonus – but not essential (training provided)
