With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence, they are now seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support their senior leadership team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level executive support to the Director and senior management team
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and accommodation
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executives
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as required
- Assist with internal communications and confidential documentation
- Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and insurance clients professionally
- Support general office administration and workflow coordination
- Maintain effective systems for records, tasks, and compliance reporting
Essentials:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience in the building, construction, or insurance industry highly regarded
