About the Role:

This role is pivotal to our daily operations and continued success. Main tasks include:

General Accounts

Liasing with customers in regards to accounts based enquiries

Maintain accounts receivable records

Proactively following up outstanding accounts

Create account reconciliations and monthly statements

Construction invoicing

To be successful in this role, the candidate would ideally;

• Have a demonstrated track record of success in an accounts receivable role
• A confident communicator with the ability to engage with diverse client groups
• Evidence of high-level customer service skills
• Self-motivated, positive approach and proven ability to independently manage workloads
• An effective member of a team environment
• High level written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of software programs and accounting packages
