The Role

We’re seeking an Assistant Accountant who can bring technical skill, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping others. You’ll work across finance operations including invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting, while playing a part in shaping how we continue to grow and refine our business.

Key Responsibilities

Rental contract onboarding/offboarding & direct debit registers

Manage arrears, defaults, and payout calculations

Daily bank reconciliations & credit card processing

Accounts payable and receivable management

BAS support and monthly reporting

Assist with year-end audits, stocktake, and depreciation

Liaise with customers, suppliers, and external accountants

Collaborate with the Administration team on customer management and support Sales team in finalising purchases and coordinating inventory movements

What You’ll Bring

Degree in Business, Commerce, or Finance

Min. 2 years’ experience in accounting/assistant accountant role

Strong Excel, Xero & MS Office skills

High attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines

Excellent communication skills & customer focus

Tech-savvy, adaptable, and a strong team player
