We are so very excited to be giving one person the opportunity to join this wonderful team within this Marketing Agency.

Within a Finance team of 9, you will be the sole Accounts Receivable person (with an overflow support person who assists across the team).

Main responsibilities in this high-volume role will include:

• Regular liaison with customers in regard to payment enquiries, collections and reminders;
• Vendor application form submission;
• Reconciling AR ledger;
• Setting up automatic payments;
• Obtaining and processing payments in various global currencies via Direct Debit, Credit Card and several portals such as Stripe and PayPal;
• Setting up payment plans;
• Liaising with debt collectors regarding uncollectable amounts;
• Generating statements and reports;
• Database management – CRM, Xero; and
• Communicating with team when payment is made and orders can be released.

To be considered for this position, we are seeking:

• Strong Accounts Receivable experience within a high-volume role;
• Professional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with ease (and happy to be on the phone a lot assisting with queries etc); and
• Experience working with multiple currencies will be advantageous.
