Broken Hill Depot

We are a major fuel and lubricant distributor, operating throughout Northern Victoria, Southern New South Wales and South Australia. We provide a large network of both Wholesale Depots and Retail Sites, with our Head Office based in Mildura and an additional administration facility located in Albury.

We have a vacancy for a 2IC Depot Operations Officer role at our Broken Hill Depot.

This role reports directly to the Depot Manager and will be responsible for assisting with the daily administrative operations of the depot and some yard work required. This role is fulltime, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.

It is also an advantage if applicants are able or willing to learn to complete fuel deliveries in addition to required oil deliveries as needed.

As a support role within the depot key requirements include, but are not limited to:

Car licence required

Forklift licence required. If not held TASCO is willing to assist acquiring licence.

HC licence not required however an advantage for this role

Dangerous goods licence. If not held TASCO is willing to assist acquiring licence.

Customer service (face to face and via phone)

Assist Depot Manager with management of the depot

Assisting with rosters

Some fuel delivery scheduling

Daily administration tasks

Warehouse stock control

Company vehicle provided along with phone allowance.

Full training is provided, along with ongoing support provided by Regional Manager and Depot Manager.
