The Corporate Office in Sydney includes the Executive Team and support staff who assist with the organisation’s operations. The Executive Management Team work closely with our operating locations, our Client's and GEO's parent company GEO Group Inc. The team works closely with GEO's business units providing support, direction, leadership and having oversight and responsibility for Australian operations.
Key Accountabilities
Quality Management System (QMS) Administration:
- Maintain and update the organization’s QMS documentation and processes in accordance with contractual, legal, and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 9001, correctional services regulations).
- Coordinate internal quality audits, including scheduling, records management, and follow-up of corrective actions.
- Support the development and review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), forms, and quality documentation.
- Assist managers and staff across the organization with QMS access, training, and troubleshooting.
- Track and report on quality performance indicators and improvement activities.
Policy Administration:
- Maintain the centralised policy and procedure register, ensuring version control and document accessibility.
- Coordinate the development, review, approval, and publication of new and updated policies in collaboration with business units.
- Ensure alignment of policies with legislative, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
- Communicate policy changes to staff and assist in rollout and awareness activities.
- Monitor review cycles and ensure timely policy reviews and updates.
- Collaborate with operational teams during audit preparation and accreditation processes.
Corporate Communications:
- Media Monitoring and distribution of daily reports to senior staff
- Monitor GEO Inbox and refer to enquiries to relevant person for information and reply
- Develop content for a range of publications including:
- Corporate reports
- Newsletters and bulletins
- Websites and internet content
