Your new role:
Provide vital administrative support to the Clinical Outsourcing and Auditing Program, ensuring accurate data entry, efficient waitlist management, and excellent customer service to support smooth clinical operations.
- Manage patient data and waitlists using specialist health systems
- Respond professionally to enquiries from patients, staff, and the public
- Perform general administration tasks like filing, typing, and reporting
- Work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and maintain quality
- Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism
About you:
A detail-oriented and customer-focused professional with strong administrative skills and a passion for supporting healthcare services.
- Proven experience in healthcare or specialist outpatient administration
- High level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload efficiently
- Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team
