The Role

This is a full 360° broking role—ideal for someone who can manage a pipeline, structure smart deals, and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end deal flow, handling both warm inbound leads and generating your own momentum through targeted outreach.

Your days will include:

Managing your pipeline of consumer and commercial finance applications

Engaging with both qualified leads and outbound prospects to build your book

Conducting needs analysis and structuring tailored finance solutions

Liaising with lenders, clients, and internal support teams to move deals efficiently

Maintaining CRM accuracy and meeting compliance standards

Following up proactively to drive conversion and keep deals moving

You Bring

2+ years in finance broking, asset finance, or related B2B/B2C sales roles

Confidence with cold calling and outbound sales—you're comfortable driving activity

Strong product knowledge across asset finance, personal loans, and/or commercial lending

A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a focus on results

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

CRM fluency and comfort with structured workflows

Brisbane-based—we believe our strongest culture is built in person

What We Offer

Competitive base salary: $65,000 – $90,000 + Super + uncapped commissions
