About the Role
As our Operations & Sales Specialist, you'll be the key point of contact for our car leasing customers and dealership partners. You’ll be responsible for the preparation, coordination and delivery of our tailor-made finance and lease solutions to our customers, building lasting relationships, and achieving strong business results – all while ensuring compliance with Australian lending regulations
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with dealerships, brokers, and end customers
Educate clients on car leasing solutions such as rent-to-own, consumer loans
Convert leads into funded loans while achieving monthly loan volume and satisfaction targets
Manage the full loan process from application through to delivery from our Slacks Creek location.
Ensure compliance with NCCP, ASIC regulations, and responsible lending obligations
Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your sales pipeline
Support post-delivery service and customer retention strategies
· Collaborate internally to ensure a seamless customer experience and monthly targets being achieved.
What We’re Looking For
· Someone who will take charge of this location and be in the point of contact to ensure all requirements are met to deliver on our customer promise.
· Proven experience in car finance/ consumer lending or leasing (preferred, but not essential)
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to work independently and meet targets
· High attention to detail and a commitment to compliance
· Working knowledge of CRM systems and finance platforms
· Proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
· Innate hunger to succeed and deliver results for the business through supporting the sales conversion process
