An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Bookkeeper / Accountant to join our supportive team at JY Accountants. This is a full-time position based in Southport.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:

Minimum 2 years work experience, ideally within public practice servicing small business clients

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and software (Xero highly regarded)

Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy

A genuine interest in financials and tax work

Commitment to delivering excellent outcomes for clients

A respectful and collaborative approach to working with others

Openness to learning, including recognising and growing from mistakes

Exceptional communication and client service abilities
