Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 + Super (based on experience)

We are currently seeking a Fleet Manager to join our team in Rochedale, Brisbane. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with proven experience in the trucking and transport industry to take ownership of fleet operations and play a key role in our company’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day fleet operations across the business

• Lead and support drivers to ensure compliance with safety and fatigue management regulations

• Oversee vehicle allocation, scheduling, and route planning

• Monitor fleet performance and ensure all vehicles are serviced and maintained to a high standard

• Drive efficiency, cost management, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Liaise with clients, drivers, and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships

About You:

• Previous experience in the transport or trucking industry is essential

• Strong background in fleet management or transport operations

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Sound knowledge of compliance requirements and NHVR regulations

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results
