About the Role
We’re looking for a Level 1/2 IT Support Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, solving technical issues, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You’ll Do

Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support (remote and onsite).

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

Assist with onboarding and deploying new users and devices.

Escalate complex issues when required while maintaining ownership of the client experience.

Contribute to improving internal documentation and processes.

What We’re Looking For

Autonomous mindset — you take initiative and manage your workload without constant supervision.

Previous experience in an IT support role (MSP experience is a bonus).

A solid understanding of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and basic networking.

A current driver’s licence.
