Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage user issues across multiple operating systems through ticketing systems
- Clearly communicate timeframes and solutions to users and management
- Provide top-notch face-to-face, telephone, and remote support with a professional phone demeanour
- Meticulously document procedures and site details
- Handle backups, investigate issues including virus and spam concerns
- Troubleshoot problems logically and effectively
- Proactively review errors, logs, and alerts to prevent downtime
Skills and Experience:
- A degree in IT or relevant industry certifications (MCP, CompTIA) preferred, TAFE training also considered
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a client-facing role, MSP experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of system administration across multiple operating systems including Microsoft 365, Windows Server technologies, Active Directory, Exchange, and Linux administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional phone demeanour
- Proficient troubleshooting abilities
- Valid driver's license and access to a car
