💼 Your Role

As our Junior Accountant / Bookkeeper, you will:

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping: accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and assisting with payroll

Handle mid-month and end-of-month processing

Manage trust accounts, including marketing reconciliations

Assist with property management accounts enquiries

Ensure financial compliance and smooth settlements

Confidently communicate with clients regarding accounts enquiries

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience (within real estate a huge plus)

Experience in trust accounting and payroll

Proficiency with Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, or similar

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Confidence in client-facing communication about financial matters

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Eagerness to learn and grow your accounting skills in a real estate setting
