The role provides legal assistance to a Partner and Lawyer of a Law Firm.

The Firm

We are a suburban based law practice that is seeking an enthusiastic Conveyancer/Legal Clerk to join their team.

We have a strong team-based culture with the goal to provide a refreshing cliencompt experience.

Duties

Opening files, preparing cost agreements, archiving, and filing.

Administration of conveyancing files start to finish.

Preparing lease documents.

Communicating with lawyers, conveyancers, and clients to keep everyone up to date.

Solid comprehension of grammar.

Strong eye for detail.

Organised, efficient, have a strong work ethic and be flexible.

General all round administrative assistance to the Partner and lawyers.

About You

Experience with PEXA, Duties Online, InfoTrack preferred, but not essential.

Reliable, excellent communication, professional presentation and solution focused.

High level of organisation and prioritisation.

Take initiative, be proactive and work independently.

Willingness to learn.

This is either a full-time position or part time position (preferably four days but will consider three for the right applicant) with normal business hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Salary to be negotiated based on experience.
