About the role - 3-6 month contract with the view to extend!

IQ Group is seeking talented Insurance claims specialists where you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day queries and escalations in the complaints stream

What you'll be doing

Processing claims and general admin duties in a timely and accurate manner

Providing excellent customer service to members by responding to inquiries and resolving issues

Maintaining accurate records and updating member information in our database

Assisting with the preparation of reports and statements for clients

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless superannuation administration experience

Staying up-to-date with changes in superannuation regulations and policies

What we're looking for

Insurance Claims experience

Previous experience in a dispute resolution / complaints management role

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Proficiency in using superannuation administration software and databases

Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of superannuation regulations and industry best practices
