Casual, P/T and F/T

South Melbourne

32-40 hours per week (4-5 days, with Saturdays and Sunday trade included)

Start Date: ASAP

Working during the busy retailing periods (+ Christmas period)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the store manager and other retail sales assistants and provide exceptional service, advice and product sales for the business

Providing personalised product recommendations, advice to support customer queries and help them browse through our wide ranging brands in our stores

Contributing to achieving sales targets by presenting well, actively engaging with customers, identifying their requirements and understanding their needs

Collaborate well with the team to help implement effective visual merchandising and cleanliness to help highlight the premium products and enhance the store's appeal

Assisting by being involved in training and coaching to enhance your product knowledge and sales skills

Handling customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally and in a positive manner ensuring customer satisfaction.

Skills and Experience:

Must have minimum 5 years of retail experience in hair & scalp and preferably skincare and beauty brands

Hair dressing qualifications is preferred

Experience working with must have strong KPIs

Experience in POS, carrying out Credit Card and Cash Payments and Commencement and End-of-Day procedures

Professional presentation, with demonstrated ability to have a consultation conversation to clients about the benefits and attributes of all products and how they reflect the current trends

Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team
