In this Casual role, you’ll support our allocations team to ensure optimal shift fills and the best use of our healthcare professional database. You’ll play a key role in strengthening client and staff relationships, driving availability capture, and ensuring great outcomes for both clients and workers.

About the Role

• Support daily staff allocations across healthcare and community clients
• Respond to client requests, cancellations and shift changes in real-time
• Capture and manage staff availability and preferences to maximise utilisation
• Build rapport with clients and healthcare professionals to drive engagement
• Assist with roster alignment, service delivery monitoring, and reporting
• Support business development and help grow client relationships
• Maintain accurate system data and ensure compliance standards are met

You’ll receive mentorship and support to grow professionally in a collaborative, people-first environment.

About You

• Organised and thrive in fast-paced environments
• Experience in rostering, call centre or health admin preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Tech-savvy and confident managing multiple systems
• Committed to quality service and positive client outcomes
• Understanding of healthcare or NDIS sectors is a bonus
