Qualifications & experience

- Registered as a Pty Ltd Company with relevant State Investigator Licences, PI, and PL Insurances.

- A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.

- Excellent time management, written, and verbal skills.

- At least two years of experience investigating GI matters.

- Ability to engage with industry stakeholders.

- Self-motivated with the ability to meet strict deadlines.

Tasks & responsibilities

You may handle various cases like large loss commercial fire claims, liability claims, travel claims, or theft of transport vehicles, including plant and equipment. Your role involves interviewing and obtaining digitally recorded statements from stakeholders, key personnel, and witnesses. You will also travel to different locations to conduct interviews and inquiries, gather evidence, and produce detailed factual reports within industry timeframes.
