Knowledge using Gmail and Microsoft is required.

Insurance background is preferred.

Experience in motor vehicle recovery is required.

Tasks & responsibilities

Organising and managing rental vehicles.

Contacting both clients and Insurance companies regarding motor vehicle accident claims.

Negotiating settlements between insurers and clients.

File Management, ensuring all paperwork is up to date and following up on information needed for our clients.

Ringing Panel beaters about car insurance claims. Writing and responding to emails. Answering and making phone calls to clients, at fault parties and insurers.

Sending letter of demands and drafting correspondence, preparing documentation.
