We're searching for an organised, and people-focused Administration Assistant to join our team. Outstanding customer service is the crucial first step to ensure every service call is smooth, timely and stress-free for our customers.
This vital role is the backbone of our operations—serving as the key link between our customers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure every job runs smoothly, on time, and with clear communication throughout.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver an exceptional customer experience - Assist with scheduling jobs, ensuring technician availability, equipment readiness, and customer confirmation. Liaise with customers pre- and post- to confirm bookings, send reminders, and follow up for feedback or outstanding paperwork.
Documentation & Compliance - Prepare, update, and file job-related documents including permits, and installation checklists ensuring all technician paperwork is completed.
Admin Support – Provide support in managing task lists, and priorities to help ensure efficient job flow.
Issue Escalation & Rescheduling
Identify and flag scheduling conflicts, incomplete paperwork, or job delays, and assist in rescheduling where needed.

You're confident making decisions and prioritising tasks to support operations staff and business goals.
You have excellent communication skills and know how to keep everyone informed and aligned.
You're calm, clear-headed, and love ticking off tasks.
Detail is your thing—nothing slips through the cracks on your watch.
Role requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service roles, preferably in a plumbing & electrical maintenance environment, but thats ok we can teach you.
A solutions mindset — you stay one step ahead, adjust on the fly, and ensure everything runs smoothly for our customers and team.
High level organisation skills with excellent time-management. You thrive with moving parts and shifting priorities

Familiarity with trade job management systems (e.g., ServiceM8) is a bonus—but we'll train the right person
